While it is certain that Jennifer follows an effective exercise regime to maintain such a hot bod, many may still question/wonder what diet or eating plan she follows.
According to the daily mail, Jennifer is said to be following the baby food diet. Apparently she is following the advice of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson who has also worked with the likes of Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow. Aniston is said to consume 14 portions of baby food during the day, followed by a healthy adult size meal for dinner, resulting in her losing 7 pounds in just a week.
Speaking about the new diet, Anderson said to Hollyscoop: 'I developed a cleanse where you can still eat and it's a lot of purée foods. I was very careful about the foods I chose to put in it.'
